With GTWorld, you have a Mobile Banking App that is designed to cater to all that's important to you easily and seamlessly. The facial recognition feature means that you now have mobile banking App that recognizes you and adapts to how and when you want to bank.

To get started

• Click the install button.

Launch the App and input your User ID and password.

If you do not have a password you may dial *737*6*5# from your registered mobile phone for your login details. And if you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset your password.

• At first login, you will be asked to authorize your mobile device to access the app. If this is your preferred device, please select 'Yes' and choose if you would like to create a 4-digit PIN for your banking transactions.

• If you choose to create a 4-digit PIN, you will be required to agree with the Terms of Use.

• A 6-digit secure code will be sent to your registered email address to verify your device. If you do not receive this message please generate a code from your hardware token or dial *737*7# from your registered phone number to obtain a one-time verification code. You can also call GTConnect on ‪08039003900 or ‪08029002900 for the verification code.

• Enter this code in the app and your mobile phone will be successfully verified against your account profile. Now you can start using the App. Please note that this is required only when using a device for the first time.

• If you chose to use the token as your preferred means of verifying your transactions, you will also be sent the 6-digit secure code via your registered email to verify your device for the first time. Enter this code and your mobile phone will be successfully verified against your account profile. You will then be able to start using the GTWorld with your hardware or 737 Token.

• Please note that you will be asked to select a preferred option for login and completing your transactions, from which you have the options of Password, PIN, Token, Fingerprint and Facial Recognition. You can always change your preference in settings.

Per iniziare

• Fare clic sul pulsante Installa.

Lanciare l'applicazione e inserire l'ID utente e la password.

Se non si dispone di una password si può comporre * 737 * 6 * 5 # dal tuo telefono cellulare registrato per i vostri dati di accesso. E se hai dimenticato la password, clicca “Password dimenticata?” Nella pagina di accesso per reimpostare la password.

• Al primo accesso, ti verrà chiesto di autorizzare il dispositivo mobile per accedere all'applicazione. Se questo è il vostro dispositivo preferito, selezionare 'Sì' e scegliere se si desidera creare un PIN di 4 cifre per le vostre operazioni bancarie.

• Se si sceglie di creare un PIN a 4 cifre, vi verrà richiesto di accettare le condizioni di utilizzo.

• un codice di sicurezza a 6 cifre verrà inviato al tuo indirizzo e-mail registrato per verificare il tuo dispositivo. Se non si riceve questo messaggio, generare un codice dal token hardware o comporre * 737 * 7 # dal proprio numero di telefono registrato per ottenere un codice di verifica di una volta. È anche possibile chiamare GTConnect su 08.039.003,9 mille o 08.029.002,9 mille per il codice di verifica.

• Inserire il codice in app e il telefono cellulare sarà verificato con successo contro il profilo dell'account. Ora è possibile iniziare a utilizzare l'app. Si prega di notare che questa è solo necessaria quando si utilizza un dispositivo per la prima volta.

• Se si è scelto di utilizzare il token come il vostro strumento preferito per verificare le transazioni, vi sarà anche inviato il codice di sicurezza a 6 cifre tramite l'email di registrazione per verificare il dispositivo per la prima volta. Inserisci questo codice e il telefono cellulare sarà verificato con successo contro il profilo dell'account. Sarà quindi in grado di iniziare a utilizzare il GTWorld con l'hardware o il 737 Token.

• Si prega di notare che vi verrà chiesto di selezionare un opzione preferita per il login e completando le transazioni, da cui si ha la possibilità di password, PIN, token, impronte digitali e riconoscimento facciale. È sempre possibile modificare la preferenza nelle impostazioni.
